Peter Tendoh Tebon is a Seasoned Public Health, Monitoring and Evaluation Expert, Cameroonian based in Yaoundé-Cameroon and holder of a Master’s degree in Population Studies with more than 25 years’ experience in managing health projects in Cameroon. 5 out of the 25 years were fully devoted for top level management of PEPFAR projects in Cameroon through Intrahealth International and  ICAP , 10 out of these 25 years have been dedicated in top level management of Global Fund sponsored projects in Cameroon (through NACC and PricewaterhouseCoopers), and 9 out of the 25 years were focused in producing strategic information through the Cameroon National Institute of Statistics, used in evaluating and elaborating other health and development projects/programs  in Cameroon. Skill acquired over this period include:

• Assessing the organizational capacities of local implementing partners with focus on Performance management, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Gender

• Implementing and reporting on a Non-U.S. Organization Pre-Award Survey (NUPAS)

• Elaborating and rolling Capacity Development Plans based on findings from organizational assessments

• Training, mentoring and reporting on us.e of policies and tools towards improving organizational capacities with focus on Performance management, Monitoring and Evaluation and Gender

• Sharing best practices based on lesson learnt

• Designing, implementing and reporting on population and facility bases surveys/assessments

• Designing, implementing and reporting on data collection system on development projects with focused on HIV, Malaria and TB

• Using Microsoft Excel, Kobo tool Kit, SPSS, Epi-Info, DHIS-2, etc. in data management

• Elaborating dashboards using MS Excel and PowerBI

• Designing strategic plans to curb HIV/TB/Malaria spread

• Use Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, TEAMS, Skype, WhatsApp, etc. in communicating

• Managing performance and resources
