About Us
EBS Consortium is a group of experts in managing local and international donors’ funds geared towards improving the wellbeing of mankind. The head office is based in Cameroon but we provide high level and are all former ASAP’s Capacity Advisor under IntraHealth International. We are local but we provide world-class services and institutional support to our clients across the globe with focus in sub Saharan Africa.
Thus EBS will build on ASAP’sa step-by-step framework by including:
1) the critical role of the planning phase where we broadly learn about the client’s needs,
2) the essential phase of building trust with Implementing partners of the donor,
3) a more rigorous continuous monitoring phase where we provide embedded technical support as needed by our clients,
4) the business development phase, where we technically accompany our clients in obtaining additional funding from same and other donors,
5) Transformation phase where we accompany sub recipients of funds and build them to become direct prime recipients of funds from donor
6) Coaching phase where we support new primes to maturity.
All these phases are done in collaboration with the client and the immediate beneficiaries
